Easy to access, shuttle arrived quickly, friendly driver. On return trip, no wait for the shuttle, dropped right at the car and the luggage was carried for us. Got good directions at the toll booth on checkout. We were very pleased with the service we were given. Our driver was very courteous and friendly.
He assisted with our baggage in an efficient and timely manner. This was our first stay at this facility. We will definitely use it again. It was easy to find and a very easy on-off the freeway. I had to call customer service in regards to my account and I did not receive the answers I was looking for. The shuttle service was great though. However, if things do not clear up with my account I will not be using the service again because I feel that the customer service rep that I spoke with could have done more to ensure that they did. I am very disappointed considering that I received such excellent customer service on the shuttle.
Outstanding service! Drivers were very pleasant and friendly on both ends of the trip. Very convenient and fast access to the airport. Thanks for the AARP discount. The only problem I encountered was trying to figure out how to get in the lot the first time. I didn't realize to push the button and receive a ticket and go in. But an employee noticed my hesitation and walked over to assist. She had an attitude of helpfulness and not one of assuming I'm supposed to know.
Now I'll know how to get in. I'll be using Fasttrack again. Question 1. Parked on Sunday, no attendant available that I saw. Question 5. Checkout attendant was grumpy. Website said all I needed was the email receipt. Attendant demanded the machine issued ticket when I arrived the previous Sunday. Had to dig through bags to find parking stub even though all the information was on the receipt.
Cars were backed up behind me. Attendant needs to realize there are customers that have never been to the Park and fly before. First time I've used your services in St. Will tell others how pleased I was with your service! Thanks for all you do for us travelers!

The drivers were excellent. However, the women at the check out booth were horrible. This was the first time I used the facility and entered the wrong gate covered parking. However, I parked outside. Upon leaving, I pointed out my mistake and explained I parked outside, not under cover. The women checking me out treated me like a child and basically scolded me for my error.
She said, "Next time, make sure you come in throught the right gate. At IND, once we are parked, a van arrives and our luggage is transferred from the trunk of our car to the van.
We are given a card with the location of our auto and instructions for contacting the service when we return. On our return, we are delivered to our car and luggage is loaded into it by the van driver. In contrast, when we arrive at the STL facility, we have to unload our bags from the car and transport them to one of the pick-up stops. There, we receive assistance in loading onto the van but sometimes grudgingly.
The same is true of our return. We are dropped off at one of the official stops from where we need to transport our luggage to our car and load it into the trunk. In addition, the website for the STL facility did not make it easy to find driving directions to the site. Again, this is in contrast to the IND facility.
As a result of all these considerations, we will certainly continue to use the IND facility but we are unlikely to use the one at STL. The pricing was very different depending on who you spoke with. I clearly did not receive a discount. The vast differences in prices for the week were confusing and inconsistant. My trip; however, was wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised at how flawless our parking experience was. Thank you so much! Help me with the math, please. It costs more than in person. I'm old school, everything was fine, I just thought it was kind of pricey.

We always use your location, albeit once or twice a year. It would be most helpful if the shuttle driver would remind us in some way perhaps on a small card where to look for the shuttle on our return. It was very confusing and just a little bit stressful when we returned late at night and wanted to get home as quickly as possible.

In short, I found the service convenient, the shuttle drivers friendly and helpful and I would use the service again. But this particular facility seems less well-organized than the one I have used more frequently at the Kansas City airport. This was our first experience with FastTrack and everything was more than we expected. Everyone was so very helpful and friendly, and, on time.
We have a number of friends who fly out of Lambert Airport at St. Louis, staying for several days, and we'll certainly recommend that they use FastTrack. I was helped with my luggage when I arrived but did not receive any help with my luggage when I returned from my trip. I was very pleased with the service I received when I was leaving for my trip and the check out service was good also.
